Nosara Activities
Canopy Tour - Morning or afternoon.
Miss Sky Canopy Tour is one of the newest zip line tours in Costa Rica and the longest in the world! Soar across the treetops in a thrilling, exhilarating and safe adventure that is a hallmark Costa Rican excursion. You’ll be so glad you did it!
Recommended attire/equipment: closed-toed shoes or sandals with a heel strap; light pants, capris or not-too-short shorts (you’ll understand why once you get geared up!); fanny pack to carry camera, keys, money; sunscreen, sunglasses.
Enjoy a gorgeous sunset ride along the beach, if the tide permits, and through local trails. Horses owned and tour guided by a local Costa Rican.
Recommended attire/equipment: long pants and closed toed shoes; hat, sunglasses, sunscreen. Fanny pack if you want to carry camera, keys, etc
World Class Sports Fishing 7:00a.m.-1:00 p.m. ( 4-6 People)
The Garza reef is only 5 miles off the shore. You can catch bill fish, tuna, dorado, wahoo, snapper, grouper, and more… The captain will clean your fish and you can bring it to a local restaurant to cook it up for you. There is nothing like fresh sashimi tuna and grilled dorado after a fun day on the sea.
The captains speak English and work hard to find you the fish. It’s not uncommon to catch 10-12 fish in one day but there are no guarantees. All the gear is supplied with some refreshments and sandwiches.
Recommended attire:: Shorts, flip flops, hat, sunglasses, sun block and a camera
San Juanillo Snorkeling Tour 8:45 a.m.-noon
Experience a secluded pristine beach in a sheltered cove ideal for snorkeling. Lounge in the sun or the shade, explore the fascinating tide pools, collect shells. This little jewel of a location is a favorite secret of those who live here!
Recommended attire/equipment: swimsuit, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, beach umbrella, towel, beach toys, flip-flops, reading material, camera
River kayaking at The Boca 8:00 a.m.-11:30 a.m.;
12 participants maximum Departing from the “boca” (where the river “mouth” meets the sea), you’ll paddle under you own power free as the birds you are enjoying. For those who want to get up close and personal with the birds, fish, crocks and iguanas, this is the way to go. Your guide will be right beside you sharing his extensive knowledge of the river flora, fauna and foul. Guided; English spoken.
Recommended attire/equipment: comfortable, cool clothing; hat, sunglasses, sunscreen; binoculars; camera.
We take you to the Ostional National Wildlife Refuge which is beautiful black sand beach about 30 minutes from Nosara. Every month around the new moon phase there are thousands of Ridley turtles that crawl onto the beach to lay their eggs. It's called the Arribada and it last 4-5 days with each turtle laying around 100-200 eggs. You can see the whole process from crawling on the beach, digging the nest and laying the eggs. It's amazing!! We'll provide the transportation, entrance fee to the refuge and a guided tour. You'll have a great time.

Enjoy all the sights and sounds of the jungle while riding a 4 wheel ATV. The dirt roads of Nosara are made for ATV's. The guide will take you up in the mountains, to the beach, and to see and swim in a waterfall. You can also plan a snorkel tour as well to a beautiful beach about 45 minutes from town. This is another must thing to do in town.

Nosara is the yoga capitol of Costa Rica with three main locations. The Nosara Yoga Institute, The Yoga House and the Harmony Hotel. We know all of the best instructors and schedules and can include yoga classes with your surfing to give you the ultimate surfing/Yoga vacation with lots of variety of classes. We can aslo arrange for your own private instructor to meet you at the beach for some spiritual sunrise or sunset yoga. If pilates is your excercise of choice there are classes available as well.

After all of your surfing, yoga, and adventure tours you need to treat yourself to a nice relaxing massage. We work with several of the local spas in town to provide our clients with best service and ambiance.
