We take you to the Ostional National Wildlife Refuge which is beautiful black sand beach about 30 minutes from Nosara. Every month around the new moon phase there are thousands of Ridley turtles that crawl onto the beach to lay their eggs. It’s called the Arribada and it last 4-5 days with each turtle laying around 100-200 eggs. You can see the whole process from crawling on the beach, digging the nest and laying the eggs. It’s amazing!! We’ll provide the transportation, entrance fee to the refuge and a guided tour. You’ll have a great time.
